Overview
This course provides the reasons for needing Root Cause Analysis (RCA),
the process of applying it in a structured manner and a method for measuring
its effectiveness.
As a ONE DAY course, each stage is discussed and some practical applications
examined.
As a TWO DAY course, each step is both discussed and made the subject of a practical hands on workshop.
It puts RCA in context within the overall process of problem analysis.

Course Techniques
This is a highly structured, practical and participative series of sessions utilising presentations, case studies and teamwork to illustrate the use of the various techniques of problem solving, with particular emphasis on the key stages of RCA.
Follow Up
The workshop addresses the most common analytical processes. Assistance
with developing specific applications in-company can be provided if
subsequent time is allocated to deal with these specific issues.
