Overview

This course provides the reasons for needing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), the process of applying it in a structured manner and a method for measuring its effectiveness.

As a ONE DAY course, each stage is discussed and some practical applications examined.

As a TWO DAY course, each step is both discussed and made the subject of a practical hands on workshop.

It puts RCA in context within the overall process of problem analysis.
