This TWO DAY course is designed to teach you how to restructure an existing procedure-based management system (eg. ISO 9001/ISO 14001) into a 'process-based' system and undertake the transition to a 'process' approach. The course comprises tutorials and practical workshops to illustrate the teaching points made.
