Overview

This THREE-DAY course is designed to provide the attendee with an introduction to and an understanding of the automotive requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2002, as well as providing a basis for making strategic business decisions relative to the implementation of ISO/TS 16949 into the organization’s quality management system.
