Module 1 Tutorial:
Quality, Quality Assurance and Improvement and the ‘process approach’
A review of what  Quality is, which Standards can be used, what the objectives of a QMS are, and what benefits can be gained from adopting a ‘Quality’ and ‘Process’ approach
Module 2 Structure and requirements of ISO 9001 A review of the structure of the ISO 9000 documents and the detail requirements of ISO 9001
Module 3 Workshop - ISO 9001 requirements A workshop designed to enable participants to familiarise themselves with the Standard and debate issues arising from its use

Module 3 Workshop - Continued  
Module 4 Documentation requirements This module discusses the types and control of documents required to be established to comply with the requirements of the Standard such that controls are effectively put into place which are of value and not generating a bureaucracy
Module 5 Workshop – Defining the ‘high-level’ process for the organisation This exercise allows participants to generate a relationship diagram of their own organisation which will be used as a framework for establishing the management system
