Ex 80 - BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Transition Course
Overview
This interactive course provides an overview of the changes made to the 1999 version of the OHSAS 18001 standard and now incorporated into the new BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standard. The changes include greater emphasis on occupational health, on assessing risks prior to implementing changes, and on communicating with interested parties about specific decisions and activities. The course is designed to meet IRCA's (International Register of Certified Auditors) transition requirements for their OH&S Auditors. IRCA registered auditors are required to undertake a minimum of 4 hours CPD with an end-of-course assessment, before being allowed to register audits carried out to the 2007 version of the standard.
