Lean Six Sigma is a powerful data driven approach to eliminating waste and reducing variation delivering breakthrough improvements in customer satisfaction and efficiency. Its application ranges from solving individual problems to its use as a strategic business improvement tool in almost any industry. This ONE DAY course provides an overview of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, the potential benefits, when it should be employed and the tools and techniques used at each stage.

- The Lean Six Sigma improvement process:
- Recognise and Define: Identifying high impact projects, the problem statement, the team charter, SIPOC and the ‘As is’ process
- Measure: KPIs, attribute and continuous data, Sample size & data collection, gauge R&R, process capability
- Analyses: 5 Whys, Cause and Effect diagram, graphical analysis, Pareto, time series charts, identify variation sources, hypothesis testing, Design of Experiments
