Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Overview
Lean Six Sigma is an approach for business improvement and involves an operations strategy focused on growth and achieving operational excellence. Lean Six Sigma draws on the philosophies and principles of reducing cost through process optimisation as well as meeting customer requirements and stakeholder expectations. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is at the heart of a Lean Six Sigma programme driving high impact improvement projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Course Objectives
This modular programme provides the Green Belt candidate with an in depth understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and its practical application as a business improvement process.
The programme includes a subsequent 1 day certification process involving an exam and assessment of an in-house project approximately 3 months after the course.
