INTRODUCTION TO ISO/IEC 17020:2012 FOR INSPECTION BODIES
This one-day introductory training course runs as the first day of our ISO/IEC 17020 Internal Auditor training programme (Ex107). It introduces delegates to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020, covering the differences between the 2012 and 1998 versions of the Standard, as well as initiating the process of implementation.
