INTRODUCTION TO ISO/IEC 17020:2012 FOR INSPECTION BODIES
This one-day introductory training course runs as the first day of our ISO/IEC 17020 Internal Auditor training programme (Ex107). It introduces delegates to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020, covering the differences between the 2012 and 1998 versions of the Standard, as well as initiating the process of implementation. Public course dates are provided on our calendar under BE107 (being the first day of the two-day course) ( BE106)

Designed to provide people working in the field of measurement with the knowledge to develop uncertainty budgets to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory accreditation bodies. (BE104)

ISO/IEC 17020 INTERNAL AUDITING
Develop skills to perform effective internal audits of organisations who perform inspection activities in line with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020. Using interactive workshops, simulated audits, tutorials and case study activities utilising inspection body examples, participants will develop practical audit skills, improve evaluation, communication and effective reporting skills and learn how to implement corrective action programmes.
