Instructor-Led Auditor and Business Improvement Training
We believe that well designed training programmes should give our customers the skills to improve their operations. To accomplish this, Excel's team of experienced tutors is second to none and is supported by instructional designers who work in conjunction with our subject matter experts to develop training that is timely, stimulating and filled with real world experience. Practical workshops are designed to reinforce the discussions and topics. This style of delivery makes the course both memorable and enjoyable for participants, ensuring long-term learning.
Excel Partnership provides participants who have attended an auditor training course with an opportunity for continuing professional development. Following the course, participants can receive practical on-site auditor training to reinforce and develop the techniques learnt. They will audit selected areas of their organisation, closely monitored by one of Excel’s suitably qualified and experienced Lead Auditors, to give them the confidence and practical feedback from which they and their organisation will benefit. The organisation also gains an audit report on their system’s current status.
Train-the-Trainer
Our Train-the-Trainer services are designed to ensure that your message is delivered clearly, powerfully and effectively should you choose to present your own training. These services benefit both the experienced and the novice by increasing skills with proven facilitator techniques. Comprehensive tutor notes are provided and all audit courses are run under supervision until the in-company trainer has gained sufficient familiarity and confidence with the materials.
