Overview

This TWO-DAY interactive and essential ISO 9001 Transition Auditor course is designed to provide delegates with knowledge of the changes to ISO 9001, from its 2008 version to the ISO 9001:2015 revision, and the implications these changes have on auditing expectations and organisations. Both the ‘new’ requirements in the standard and the shifted emphasis demanding more direct involvement in the management system by top management, are likely to require internal and external auditors to widen their focus.

The course explores comparisons between ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 9001:2015 in terms of structure, terminology and interpretation, in order for delegates to:
  • Understand the way the emphasis of ISO 9001 has changed.
  • Identify any change in approach necessary to competently conduct an audit against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Implement changes required and communicate the implications these changes will have for organisations.
