Ex 90 - TL 9000 Requirements Presented Pre-requisite Training

Overview

This ONE DAY programme, which is part of a 5-day QuEST sanctioned training course, may be taken as an independent class. It provides an interactive learning environment for the TL 9000 requirements for auditors and implementers. It is a pre-requisite to the 3-day TL 9000 Auditing or Implementation course.

The programme is structured to show what the additional requirements are and where they fit into the business process life cycle. Step-by-step you'll learn how to interpret and understand the specific requirements of TL9000. In addition, the responsibilities that exist in the supplier-customer relationship will be explored through dynamic learning. Workshops and exercises are designed to ensure that, through discussion with your tutor you develop an understanding of how TL 9000 relates to your management system.

There is an optional exam (except for third party auditors) to demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of the TL 9000 requirements for which an additional QuEST fee is charged.
