Ex 91 - TL 9000 Measurements Presented Pre-requisite Training
Overview
This ONE DAY programme, which is part of a 5-day QuEST sanctioned training course, may be taken as a separate class but is best taken immediately following the one-day TL 9000 Requirements training. The course provides an interactive learning environment on the TL 9000 measurements for auditors and implementers. It is a pre-requisite to the 3-day TL 9000 Auditing or Implementation course.
The programme is structured to show what the TL 9000 measurement set is and how it can be used to measure and help improve a company's TL 9000 product categories, counting rules and calculation by the use of tutorials, quizzes and worked examples. The use of these measurements in the supplier-customer relationship will be explored through dynamic learning. Workshops and exercises are designed to reinforce discussions with your tutor to develop an understanding of how the Measurements relate to your Organisation's processes.
There is an optional exam (except for third party auditors) to demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of the TL 9000 measurements for which an additional QuEST fee is charged.
