TL 9000 Metrics Workshop

Overview

This interactive and practical in-house workshop is designed to provide delegates with an overview of the TL 9000 metrics set, based on the additional TL 9000 requirements. Delivered in-house, this workshop is specifically customised to the needs of the organisation.

Our workshop will acquaint delegates with TL 9000 requirements and measurement set, providing delegates with the foundation knowledge to develop and implement a metrics programme.

• Introduction to the QuEST Forum and its purpose.
• Overview of TL 9000 and the relevance of it to specific business activities.
• Its relationship to ISO 9001 and the additional requirements of TL 9000
• Overview of the metrics set and a review of those applicable to specific activities.
• Implementation of a metrics programme, including data submission as part of the QuEST requirements.
• Sources of information and further development

A prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is strongly recommended.

• Personnel who may be audited by internal or external auditors
