An Introduction to a TL 9000 Quality Management System

Overview

This interactive and practical in-house introductory workshop is designed to provide delegates with a basic knowledge of the TL 9000 additional requirements and measurements. It is structured to provide an introduction to TL 9000 and the QuEST Forum to someone who will be involved in the implementation or running of TL 9000 within their organization but does not wish to become qualified as an auditor.
