The course is a pre-requisite to the 3-day TL 9000 Auditing or Implementation course and is run independently or as part of a 5-day QuEST sanctioned training course.

This course is structured to show what the TL 9000 measurement set is and how it can be used to measure and help improve a company's performance. You will gain the knowledge of how to use the measurements to help drive improvement within your organisation. This course is a pre-requisite to the 3-day TL 9000 Auditing or Implementation course and is run independently or as part of a 5-day QuEST sanctioned training course.

This course provides an interactive learning environment for auditors of the TL 9000 requirements. Designed to bridge the gap between ISO 9001 and the additional requirements of TL 9000 and the associated metrics, the course delivers an auditor's perspective of TL 9000.

Specific modules cover the metrics requirements and examine how a company's approach to these can be assessed.
