Overview

This ONE-DAY interactive and practical foundation course is delivered in-house and designed to provide delegates who will be performing internal audits with a basic knowledge of the purpose and benefits of internal audits and the process for conducting them. It explores the main principles and features of a process based management system and addresses basic auditing skills, in order to:

• Understand the business benefits of conducting Internal Audits
• Identify the skills necessary to become a competent Internal Auditor
• Have an awareness of what is involved in planning and conducting an Internal Audit
