LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT
The Green Belt is at the heart of a Lean Six Sigma program driving high impact improvement projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This FIVE-DAY modular program provides the GB candidate with an in-depth understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. An Excel certified GB will have the knowledge and practical experience to execute improvement projects within their own area of responsibility and provide competent assistance in larger scale projects. This program includes a subsequent 1 day certification process involving an exam and a real project approximately 3 months after the course.
